A solo piano piece based on the poem, Fog, by Carl Sandburg. Beginning with a haunting and lyrical introduction, the piece quickly descends into a driving sixteenth note pattern. The melody is made of triplets, juxaposted against the driving sixteenth notes. The music intensifies until finally coming to a quiet end.
